Performium was founded by Paul Kaye after two decades of working with high performers and teams in the media, music, and digital industries. Paul had a front-row seat coaching individuals and teams that thrived under pressure and had to deliver when it mattered the most. Paul believes that every individual and team can benefit from learning the strategies of these high performers.
