I’ve spent years observing, guiding, challenging, and learning from high performers in many arenas, from corporate leaders, TV & radio personalities, not-for-profit directors, entrepreneurs, media executives and more. I’ve worked with individuals and teams across Canada, America & Europe. I’m fascinated by the research on high performance and how those learnings can help others find their next level of achievement and perform at their best.
I have experience partnering with individuals & teams across media, tech, e-commerce, retail & more. I’m a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation, certified Executive Coach from Royal Roads, certified Organizational Coach from UBC and a certified NeuroMindfulness coach.

I’ve also had my share of hands-on experience leading & growing teams and turning around businesses. A senior business executive with over 20+ years of experience in media & entertainment leading businesses generating over $150M in revenue. I’ve gained an extensive understanding of all areas needed to successfully run a company.
I’ve served as a Director & Board chair for organizations and spent time supporting young Canadian entrepreneurs as they launched their businesses. I was recognized as a member of the “30 under 30” while working in British media and was the youngest leader of a traditional media organization in Canada.
Maybe most importantly, I’ve had my fair share of setbacks, and failures to deal with. I’ve felt isolated and alone at the top. I’ve been disappointed as I was passed over for promotions and opportunities. I’ve had periods of excruciating self doubt and imposter syndrome. I’ve missed vacations and lost friends because I worked too much. I now recognize no journey ever goes to plan, and mistakes make us human. I understand the highs and lows of chasing your goals and performing at your best.
What I know for sure is that the ride is always better with a trusted advisor by your side. I founded Performium so our team of coaches & consultants could help you unlock the greatness within you, your team and your organization.
