Performium are experts in 360 Evaluations providing a truly unique and powerful experience. Our 360 Evaluations are bespoke and unlike any 360 experiences you’ve had in the past. Often described as the “most thorough and impactful evaluations ever had of my leadership.”

Our Narrative 360 approach is a series of in-depth targeted interviews with around 8-10 individuals against a customized set of questions designed with the client. Through the participation of a cross section of direct reports, colleagues, skip levels, stakeholders and others in your orbit, our approach provides a detailed analysis of your leadership performance. This isn’t a typical 360, during the interviews our coaches can probe deeper, asking follow-up questions and uncovering the nuances of how you function as a leader.

Our 360 Evaluations provide rich, real-time contextual feedback that reveals organizational and performance factors that can make or break the leader. It’s a deep dive into your leadership like never before.

A full report is compiled and provided to you. A 90-minute review session is included to review the report and findings. The custom report contains specific learnings and insights complete with quotes, examples, themes and recommendations to immediately action and improve your leadership performance.

A Performium 360 usually takes 3-4 weeks to complete depending on availability. Some clients use the 360 Evaluation as a kick off to coaching and some use it as a stand-alone process. The choice is yours.

Our Method

360 Evaluations include:

  • Kick off meeting to review the process & approach
  • Scheduling & interviews of participants (approx. 8-10 individuals). Each interview is approximately an hour long.
  • Communication as required throughout the evaluation process
  • 90-minute review session including presentation of the report and review of findings
  • Final written report
